What a clear scope includes
An estimate should identify the work requested, the surfaces or products involved, materials, access arrangements, and exclusions. A photo estimate is preliminary until the condition and complete scope are confirmed. If a request is not suitable, it is better to identify that before booking.
For painting, note the rooms, ceilings, trim, finish, and color change. For household tasks, list every item rather than sending one photo and adding the rest on arrival.
