What fixture work do you consider?
Existing faucet, toilet & sink repairs and direct replacements may be considered when the fixture stays in the same location and no shutoff valve, fixture trap, or piping is changed.
What about paint preparation in an older home?
JD currently works on sound, paint-ready surfaces and does not accept scraping, sanding, demolition, repair, or other paint-disturbing work in pre-1978 housing.
